ES UNA COMPAÑIA PÉSIMA CON UN PERSONAL DE TIERRA PEDANTE PREPOTENTE Y MALEDUCADO, SIN NINGUNA CONSIDERACIÓN HACIA EL PASAJERO, AUNQUE SEA UN BEBE QUE PAGA BILLETE PERO NO TIENE DERECHO A UN ASIENTO NI A EQUIPAJE DE NINGUN TIPO.. SOLO LES PREOCUPA SACAR MÁS DINERO DE DONDE SEA. Y ENCIMA TIENES QUE AGUANTAR SUS PATETICOS ESFUERZOS POR VENDER LOS ARTICULOS EN VUELO, MOLESTANDO A TODO EL PASAJE. SIEMPRE ACABAS PAGANDO MÁS QUE EN OTRA COMPAÑIA AUNQUE EL BILLETE SEA ALGO MÁS BARATO. NO VOLVERE A VIAJAR CON ELLOS.

AYER MIERCOLES IBAMOS DE ROMA A SANTANDER EN EL VUELO DE LAS 9:55 DEL AEROPUERTO DE CIAMPINO Y A 25 MINUTOS DEL COMIENZO DEL VUELO NO NOS DERJARON ENTRAR, NOS CERRARON LA PUERTA EN LAS NARICES CON LA GENTE ELANTE DE NOSOTROS Y EL AVION AL LADOY ¡¡ CON UNA NIÑA DE 8 AÑOS!!!!!! QUE SE PEGÓ EL SUSTO DE SU VIDA PORQUE DESPUES DE LAS VACACIONES SOLO QUERÍA VOLVER A SU CASA, ES UNA AUTENTICA VERGÜENZA QUE DESPUÉS DE HABER PAGADO 345€ POR LOS BILLETES NOS COBRARAN 330€ PARA VOLAR A BARCELONA, MAS EL PASTÓN QUE NOS COSTÓ EL COCHE DE ALQUILER Y EL PALIZÓN QUE SE METIÓ MI MARIDO PORQUE LLEGAMOS A SANTANDER A LAS 4 DE LA MAÑANA, DEBERÍAN TENER EN CUENTA A LOS CLIENTES, QUE AL FIN Y AL CABO SOMOS LOS QUE MANTENEMOS LA COMPAÑÍA, NOSOTROS DESDE LUEGO TARDAREMOS EN VOLAR CON ESTA COMPAÑÍA PORQUE ESTO CON “COMPAÑIAS AEREAS NORMALES” NO PASA. POR SI FUERA POCO EL AVION QUE COGIMOS A BARCELONA SALIÓ CON 20 MINUTOS DE RETRASO, NO SE DE QUIEN SERÁ CULPA, PERO MIA NO, Y PORQUE A 25 MINUTOS DE SALIR UN VUELO NO TE DEJAN PASAR Y EN OTRO VUELO IGUAL EMBARGO 10 MINUTOS ANTES DE LA HORA A LA QUE DEBERÍA VIAJAR EL AVIÓN, VAMOS NI QUE SE TRATARAN DE JUMBOS CON 700 PASAJEROS Y EL AEROPUERTO MÁS CONCURRIDO DEL MUNDO INDECENTE, DEBERIA DARLES VERGÜENZA VAMOS QUE UN PEQUEÑO DESPISTE NOS HA COSTADO 500 €, LA MITAD DE LO QUE NOS HA COSTADO EL VVUELO DE IDA Y VUELTA Y EL HOTEL.

NO customer service. If the stars are all lined-up just so and there are "no problems" with the flights you may think, "Ryanair is cheap but no frills," the problem comes when there are ANY "bumps" like delays, cancellations, forgetting or missplacing your boarding passes, errors in spelling your name in the reservation etc ... I am from the USA and while using my US credit card to buy a ticket from Madrid to Fuerteventura (Canary Islands) Ryanair's ticket went from €55 initially to €131 by the time they finished adding endless fees to the fare (including €24 for using my mastercard!). The problem came when I looked at my credit card statement and Ryanair had not charged the agreed €131 but $185, ie. they had converted the euros to dollars themselves at a much higher rate than my bank would have; $15 dollars extra. Ryanair never asked me if I wanted to be charged in dollars so I assumed they would charge me in Euros (it is cheaper 100% of the time to let your local bank do the currency conversion than the merchant's bank). So Ryanair managed to squeeze another $15 from me, this time without asking ... sigh! I think next time I'll go with another airline; may be more expensive at first but may pay off at the end. At the boarding process the negative energy was fervent; people screaming because of carry-on charges; others upset because they couldnt sit together; some terrified because they thought their carry on had been stolen only to find out that the flight attendant had moved it several rows down without asking. And get this, if you board a jacket they make you wear it (ie, no overhead storage or on your lap for takeoff and landing). I could go on but you get my drift ..... stay away from Ryanair; if you are on vacation you want a better experience, even if you'll have to pay more to fly another airline.
